🌱 Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer limited protection for issues related to plant condition upon arrival and early establishment, as outlined below.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your trees arrive damaged, broken, or with roots that appear dry or rotten, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

To submit a claim, you must provide clear photo evidence of the problem, including the condition of the plants and, when applicable, the packaging. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.


40-Day Establishment Period

We allow up to 40 days from the delivery date to report issues related to plant viability. To qualify under this period, the trees must have been properly planted in the ground or transplanted into containers.

Claims submitted under this period must include photo evidence showing that the trees were planted. This requirement ensures that the plants were not left unplanted or improperly handled after delivery.

If approved, we may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.


Liner Plug Policy

Liner plugs are young starter plants that require proper care and attention. For this reason, liner plugs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive in a defective condition.

Any issues with liner plugs must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or replacements, as the success of liner plugs depends heavily on post-delivery care.


Seasonal and Environmental Conditions

We are not responsible for plant damage resulting from environmental or seasonal conditions after delivery, including but not limited to extreme temperatures, late fall or winter planting, or improper care.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that planting conditions are appropriate for their region and time of year.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, live plants are not eligible for standard returns once delivered. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
