Shipping Policy

We take care in preparing and shipping all orders so your trees arrive healthy and ready to plant.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on location.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our nursery.

How Orders Are Prepared

To improve shipping efficiency and protect the plants during transit, some trees may be shipped without their nursery pot. The roots remain covered with soil and moisture-retaining material to keep them in good condition throughout delivery.

Each order is packed to help preserve moisture and minimize stress during transit.

What to Expect Upon Arrival

Plants should be unpacked as soon as they are delivered.

For best results, we recommend planting shortly after arrival. If immediate planting is not possible, trees can be temporarily placed in soil or containers and lightly watered until ready to plant.
